Jason Ollada has 5 years of experience
in the fitness industry. Is currently
a Level 1 certified CrossFit trainer and
NESTA certified as well. Making workouts
challenging for the appropriate fitness
level is a specialty of his. Proficient
with
Olympic Lifts, Kettlebells, plyometrics,
some gymnastics which are progressed and
taught through training. Strength
and endurance is also key. So if you want
to challenge yourself and push yourself
farther then you thought and feel great
about the results you'll receive.
