Steven has been an AFAA certified
personal trainer for nine years. He
had worked in the health club environments
for years, developing his skills for
a wide variety of populations.
In addition to his experience as a
trainer, he has also worked as a fitness
and martial arts instructor in various
health club and school environments,
he taught other trainers how to help
their clients achieve their goals
as quickly and as safely as possible. |

achieve higher levels of performance, while
making exercise fun and effective, is one
of the reasons that he has had so much success
helping them achieve their goals.
Steven has infused various martial arts
elements into his training style, his intrinsic
