Aerobic Exercise can burn around 400 calories an hour, especially running around Bucktown and Wicker Park. This biggest mistake most people make is assuming Aerobic training is the only exercise they need. It is important to include weight training and proper nutrition. Without all three parts you may not be getting the workout you want or need. Aerobic and anaerobic exercise benefits your heart. Here are some of our programs:

RUNNING - 20-60 minute running routines are scheduled. From mild to elite performance. Some clients need to walk before they run, but a proper evaluation is necessary before beginning this program. Our treadmills are some of the best in the market and provide lower impact than running on the streets or sidewalks - this means you can work out longer with better recovery and do NOT need to worry about inclement weather or traffic.

BICYCLE
- Upright or reclined cycles provide a very good way to keep that fat off during the winter months. Raise your heart rate to a moderate level with stationary bicycles, pump up those legs, and supplement those harder training days with a good ride.

ELIPTICAL - Perfect for cross-training and burning fat. Elliptical equipment can provide the required endurance levels needed to get you into tip-top shape. Elliptical training is almost as good as running, without the impact. If you are new to fitness, the elliptical workouts may be just what you need to jump-start your body's metabolism. Elliptical training is also excellent for advanced runners and provides necessary cross-training of underutilized muscles that elite runners and athletes sometimes experience.

CIRCUIT TRAINING - This technique involves moving from one exercise to another, each exercise working a different muscle group until each muscle has been worked. It can include strength training stations, cardio stations or a mixture of the two.   Work your whole body AND your heart with Circuit Training. A popular alternative to weight training that bulks you up, circuit training works to strengthen and elongate your muscles and provides a mix of aerobic and anaerobic exercise that burns fat FAST and tones you up.
